Story of Infinite Air Center
Infinite Air Center, LLC began operation on February 2nd of 2015 at Albany Municipal Airport. Without prior experience in Aviation business and especially at an FBO, it was formed with an idea of providing best FBO experience for GA pilots in and around Albany Municipal Airport.
Initially, our Service Offerings consisted of 100LL AVGAS fuel sales and aircraft maintenance, both of which relied heavily on transient and tenants flying. However, it took a long time to get the ball rolling as Winter / Spring in Oregon can be brutally bad for a seasonal business.
With a first aircraft purchase being a Piper Arrow (I don't know what I was thinking that this would be a good all around trainer), it was quickly apparent that a fixed gear aircraft was needed. This led to purchase of our "Jane" Piper PA28-140 which was an all around trainer that we still fly and train in.
Jane was purchased from a family in Washington State and was used for their son to obtain his Private, Instrument, and Commercial Pilot in. Shortly after his Commercial Pilot checkride, it was sold to us. Since the sale, the owner's son has moved onto Pipeline Patrol, small commuter service in Hawaii, and is now a Captain at Horizon Air.
Since that time, a lot of changed at Infinite Air Center. We have since been approved for Part 141 flight training curriculum, approved for VA flight training, and are currently undergoing Part 145 Repair Station authorization and SEVP approval. All of our Flight Training, whether Part 61 or Part 141 or Accelerated Flight Training, are provided through our DBA of Infinite Aero Academy which is successful in providing timely and efficient training curriculum for career oriented students.
Overall, Infinite Air Center has great reputation for flight training and service. We take pride in our service and have been rewarded with referrals from other Flight Schools in the area. We are very fortunate to have a tight knit Aviation community in Oregon!
Our 100LL AVGAS and Jet-A prices are very competitive in the area. It might not be the lowest but we provide free cookies which a lot of loyal customers fly in for.
However and No Matter What, our Main Goal still remains the same: Encouraging and Providing Pilots with Support and Resources to Fulfill their Aviation Dreams and Goals.
